The Oregon Scientific THGN123N Wireless Thermo-Hygro Sensor is a remote transmitter designed for use with Oregon Scientific wireless weather instruments that display both temperature and humidity. The THGN123N measures the temperature and humidity at its outdoor (or other remote) location and reports this information to the associated weather station for display there. Please be aware that this remote sensor does not have a temperature and humidity display of its own. | | The Taylor 1457 is a replacement or additional wireless remote temperature sensor for Taylor weather station models 1453, 1456, 1461, 1462 and 1463. The TX6U is the more common remote temperature only sensor for the La Crosse Technology weather instruments. The La Crosse Technology TX6U does not have a display of it’s own. The TX6U uses 2 AA batteries, and is excellent for use for extended periods of operation in cold temperatures. In harsh climates, the alkaline batteries in the TX6U may be replaced with Lithium batteries for extended low temperature operation. | | The TX7U Temperature and Humidity Sensor reports the outdoor temperature and humidity (or any other location whose temperature and humidity you wish to know) to the station. This remote sensor features its own LCD display for local viewing of the temperature in °F and the relative humidity in percent. The remote has a water-resistant case, but it must not be installed in a location where rain can fall directly on it. |

All stations include the necessary sensor.
