Taylor 5422 Maximum/Minimum Outdoor Dial Thermometer

The Taylor 5422 Maximum-Minimum Outdoor Recording Dial Thermometer is a compact and inexpensive analog thermometer that indicates the current temperature in both °F and °C plus the maximum and minimum temperatures since the last reset. This thermometer is both colorful and easy to read and use.

The Taylor 5422 Maximum and Minimum Recording Dial thermometer has a light blue and bright red dial and a white plastic case. The dial markings are for both °F and °C. Three pointers of different colors indicate the current temperature plus the minimum and maximum temperatures since the last reset. Hang the 5422 on your wall, or place it on a desk, table or shelf.

The temperature ranges on the 5422's semicircular analog dial are -40°F to +120°F and -40°C to +50°C. The below-freezing portion of the dial is light blue, and the above-freezing portion is bright red. A black pointer indicates the current temperature, while red and blue pointers indicate the recorded maximum and minimum temperatures, respectively. Resetting this thermometer is easy. Just turn the knob in the center of the unit in the indicated directions to move the blue (minimum) and red (maximum) pointers to the current temperature.
The thermometer's arched plastic case is white in color with light blue and bright red trim that matches the dial colors. You can use the 5422 as a free-standing unit or hang it on a wall. Be sure to locate the thermometer out of direct sunlight and drafts, and also shield it from precipitation if you use it outdoors.

Small enough to fit almost anywhere, the 5422 min/max thermometer is approximately 4-3/4 inches wide, 3-3/4 inches high, and 1-1/4 inches deep. This product comes with a 1-year factory warranty.
