Digital BBQ Fork Thermometer

The Taylor 1482N Five Star Digital Fork Thermometer can be used for oven or stovetop use, but is particularly well suited to the BBQ grill. The Taylor 1482N Fork Thermometer can display in either °F or °C, has a range of 0 to 220°F (-18 to 104°C), and has a hold button to preserve the reading after the fork is withdrawn. There is a handy table on the back of the handle giving recommended temperatures for beef, ground beef, lamb, veal, pork, and poultry.

The Taylor 1482N has a large, comfortable grip, measures 14 inches overall, and 7 3/4 inches from the handle to the tip of the tines, to keep your hand away from the heat. The display is readable in low light, with large digits and a blue electro-luminescent backlight that lights when the MEAT or TASTE buttons are pressed.
