Wireless Remote Temperature Sensor

The Taylor 1439 Wireless Remote Temperature Sensor monitors the temperature at an outdoor or other remote location, displays the reading locally in its own LCD panel, and transmits the reading to an associated main unit for display at that location. The 1439 may be used as an exact replacement for the Taylor 1497. The Taylor 1439 may also be used with the 1453, 1456, 1462 and 1463 as the primary sender, or may be used as an additional remote if the main unit has multi-remote capability. The Taylor 1439 may be used with the 1458, 1506, 1507, 2751 or 2752 for additional temperature only locations. The 1439 remote can be wall-mounted or free-standing.

If used outdoors, the 1439 should be mounted in a sheltered location out of direct sunlight and where direct precipitation cannot fall on it. Although this remote is splash-resistant, it is not waterproof.

The 1439 remote is powered by two AAA (1.5V) alkaline batteries. These are not included and must be obtained separately. Expected battery life is 1 year.

This product comes with a 1-year factory warranty.
