Analog Women's Dress Watch

Women's Dress Watch with
Three-Hand Display and Metal Link Band

While some watches in the Timex Fashion line reflect the latest styling trends, others are inspired by classic watch designs. The Timex T20951 Analog Women's Dress Watch is one of the latter. Its styling is elegant and dressy enough for almost any occasion. The band has easy-to-remove links and will fit a wide range of wrist sizes up to almost 7 inches. Unlike some women's watches, this one has a second hand in addition to hour and minute hands.

The case of the T20951 is gold-tone metal with a brushed finish around the face and a polished finish on the sides. The face of the watch is small and circular, white in color and with gold-tone metal hands. The hour markers are white except at the 3, 6, 9, and 12 positions, where they are silver-colored polished metal. The link-type band is gold-tone metal that matches the case. The finish is mostly brushed, with polished accents. This band features easily removable links so that it can be sized properly for most women's wrists. The back of the watch case is stainless steel.

Timex has long been noted for offering products of high quality and durability at very affordable prices. The T20951 analog women's watch is no exception. For women who want a basic dress watch with a metal band and classic, elegant styling but no designer price tag, the T20951 is a fine choice.
Note 1: The user documentation for this watch is generic. The instructions and illustrations for link removal don't exactly match the band on this watch, so we'll tell you how it's done. If you check out the three links in the middle of the band (opposite the case), you'll notice that they have rectangular center portions that the regular links do not have. If you look at the inside of these three center portions, you'll see that each center portion is hinged at one end. If you move two links together to expose the end of a center portion opposite its hinge, you'll see where to flip open that center portion. For the small center link portions on this watch, I find it's easiest to use a thumbnail or fingernail to flip one open. You need to open a center portion to "unbuckle" the band to put the watch on your wrist. To size the band, you can completely remove one or two of the middle links as needed. (One of the removable links must remain to join to the rest of the band). When the watch is on your wrist, you can push two adjacent links together so that the center portion between them is oriented vertically and can be flipped open to take the watch off. This is easy to do if you don't wear the watch too tightly.
If the watch is still too large after removing two middle links as described above, one or two solid links on either side of the remaining middle link can be removed. These are the links with arrows on the underside. Because these links are attached by tightly fitting pins, we suggest that you have this sizing done professionally by someone with the proper tools and experience.
Note 2: Like many small dress watches, this one is not water resistant. Don't splash it heavily or submerge it.
