Speedtech SM-18 SKYMATE Pocket Wind Speed Meter (Anemometer) with Temperature and Wind Chill

The Speedtech SM-18 SKYMATE Pocket Wind Speed Meter (Anemometer) provides precision air velocity and temperature measurements plus wind chill readings in a pocket-sized, easy-to-use instrument. Along with the current wind speed, this meter also records maximum wind speed and can display the average wind speed for intervals of 5, 10, or 13 seconds. The SKYMATE's folding pocketknife design gives this hand-held thermo-windmeter exceptional ease of use and portability.

A handy, removable safety lanyard is included so that you can wear the Speedtech SM-18 SKYMATE around your neck. If the meter's impeller is ever damaged, you can obtain a replacement from the manufacturer and install it easily yourself. The SKYMATE's instructions include this procedure.

If you need even more precise wind speed measurements than the SKYMATE alone can provide, Speedtech Instruments offers an optional Wind Tunnel accessory (Model WT-1) that meets NCAA track and field requirements and is also ideal for use in precision shooting competition. This wind tunnel attaches easily to the SKYMATE without tools.
