Midland ER102 AM/FM & Emergency Alert Weather Radio with Emergency Crank Power

The Midland ER102 is a handy AM/FM/Weather band radio to have around. It's even handier on camping trips, when the weather gets nasty, or the power fails. Not only can the ER102 receive AM and FM broadcast bands, plus NOAA Weather Radio broadcasts and Emergence Alert System alerts, the ER102 can also recharge its own batteries, and recharge most common cell phones, by turning the crank on its built in generator. Additional features include a built in 3 LED flashlight, digital clock with alarm clock, and thermometer with freeze alert.

The Midland ER102 AM/FM & Emergency Alert Weather Radio is silver and black. The unit is about 7 1/2 inches wide, 6 inches tall, and 2 1/4 inches deep.

The Midland ER102 receives AM and FM broadcast bands for entertainment, or to receive news bulletins during an emergency.

The Midland ER102 receives NOAA All Hazard and Weather Alert radio broadcasts with Alert Override functions. The combined All Hazards/Weather Alert broadcast network is the single, most immediate source for comprehensive weather and emergency information available to the public.

The Midland ER102 has 4 power options. The ER102 can operate from it's rechargeable NiMH battery pack (included), standard AA Alkaline batteries (not included), external AC adapter, or from it's Dynamo crank. The ER102 has a USB power jack which (with the correct adapter cables) can be used to power or recharge devices such as cell phones (cables included for the common cell phones). The ER102 also has a high efficiency LED flashlight built in.

But most importantly, the ER102 is made by Midland, the radio people. If you are looking for a radio you can count on, do you really want to buy something less?
