Wireless In/Out Thermometer & Hygrometer

The La Crosse Technology WS-9029U-IT displays time, indoor humidity, indoor temperature, plus outdoor temperature as received from the wireless remote. But unlike any other unit we've seen, the included remote has two channel capability. If the included extended probe wire is plugged into the remote, two remote temperatures will be displayed at the console, the temperature at the remote itself, and the temperature at the end of the probe wire. The WS-9029U-IT is white with black buttons and is compact at under 4" tall and 3:" wide, digits are 5/16" high. The Station can be hung on a wall, or can stand on its own.

TX25U-IT

You can use this combination to display outdoor temperature, plus soil temperature, pond, pool or hot tub temperature, or nearly anything else within 6 feet of the remote. Of course there are other applications as well. The remote could be located indoors in another room, like the nursery, to monitor the temperature in that room on channel 1. The probe wire could then be run out through a window to monitor outdoor temperature on channel 2.
Here is how it works. The display panel can display temperature for remote channels one, two or three. Channel one is the temperature at the remote unit itself. If the remote probe wire is plugged into the remote, then selecting channel two on the display will display the temperature at the end of the probe wire. If you choose to purchase an additional TX25U-IT sensor, channel three can display the temperature at the second remote. There is no provision for displaying the temperature at the probe wire of the second remote.

The La Crosse Technology WS-9029U-IT also stores minimum and maximum temperature and humidity information. By pressing the min/max button, you can display the minimum and maximum temperature and humidity readings reached since the last manual reset.Minimum and maximum readings are reset by holding the min/max button for 5 seconds.

La Crosse TX25U-IT Wireless Remote Temperature Sensor for the WS-9029U-ITThe La Crosse Technology TX25U-IT is a replacement remote temperature sensor with wired probe that is compatible with the La Crosse Technology WS-9029U-IT weather station. The many La Crosse Technology weather and temperature stations that display outdoor temperature require wireless remote sensors to sense the weather data and transmit it to the station. All stations include the necessary sensor. Several stations come with one sensor but can receive signals from up to three, or even five, in which case any additional sensors desired must be ordered separately.
