Polder THM-372 Speed-Read™
Instant Read Digital Cooking Thermometer

The Polder THM-372 is a multi-purpose instant read thermometer with Polder's trademarked Speed-Read™ technology allowing for fast and accurate temperature readings. The THM-372 is water-resistant so its primarily intended to be used in the kitchen, but can be used for many other applications as well. This thermometer has an extra large easy-to-read LCD display, a rubber coated non-slip grip, and is Fahrenheit/Celsius selectable. This product comes with a battery, and a probe sheath with a USDA food safety temperature chart. The THM-372 comes with a 2 year warranty.

The Polder THM-372 is modernly designed and has a black and silver casing. The portion above the metal probe is rubber coated for easy handling. This thermometer has a useful rubber seal design allowing for it to be safely cleaned between uses under running water, however it is NOT dishwasher safe. The LCD display measures 7/8 inches high by 3/4 inches wide and temperature digits are easily viewable at 1/3 inches tall.
