The Polder 366 is the correct replacement probe for the Polder 894-90 digital cooking & BBQ thermometer. Probes don't last forever, and they can be damaged by grease flareups, leaving you without your thermometer until you get a replacement. We highly recommend keeping a spare on hand. This probe only works with the Polder 894-90.
