The Polder 894-90 is a digital cooking thermometer and timer that monitors the temperature of your food and your oven at the same time. The included wired probe may look like other probes you have seen, but in fact it has dual temperature sensors. The food sensor is the stainless steel stem, while the oven sensor is seemingly hidden inside of an attached stainless steel cylinder.
