The Maverick ET-7 is a programmable food thermometer and timer that lets you monitor the cooking times and internal temperatures of two different meats in your oven or barbecue grill from up to 100 feet away. A wireless transmitter monitors the temperatures of the meats and transmits them to the portable receiver for viewing when you're away from the oven or grill. The ET-7 also has a 24-hour countdown/count-up timer. When a cooking meat reaches its target temperature or the timer expires, the receiver sounds an alert (for target temperature, the display also flashes).
