The Maverick PT-100 Pro-Temp Thermocouple Thermometer is a highly accurate and sophisticated instrument that is both NSF listed and NIST traceable. Each PT-100 is factory calibrated and includes its own certificate of calibration verifying traceability to NIST. When this thermometer's stainless steel probe is unfolded, it's ultra-bright "Reverse LCD" screen turns on and displays 0.5" white digits that are highly visible in any environment. Ruggedly built to stand up to heavy-duty commercial use, the PT-100 is not only "Shock Proof" but water-resistant to standard IP44. This Type K thermocouple thermometer has a measuring range of -40° to +450°F and comes with a one year warranty.

The Maverick PT-100 is easy, even fun, to use. Simply fold out the probe to measure internal food temperatures and the temperatures of liquids. This thermometer measures 7-1/2" long by 1-7/8" wide and its thermocouple probe measures 5 inches long.
