Maverick ET-808 Redi-Chek Digital Roasting Thermometer & Timer The Maverick ET-808 Digital Thermometer monitors the temperature of your food and also has an integral 99 minute electronic countdown timer that can be displayed at the push of a button. There's no need to worry about under or overcooked foods again. The Redi-Chek Digital Roasting thermometer and timer has a distinct alert signal that warns you when your food has reached the desired temperature. Simple and handsomely designed, The Maverick ET-808 has a stainless steel housing cover with durable black plastic trim. The Maverick ET-808 monitors the meat temperature, plus it has a 99 minute countdown timer. Just insert the probe into the meat and put it in the oven. The display can be placed on the counter within the reach of the 48 inch long probe wire. Set your oven temperature, the final meat temperature, and a timer setting if desired. The temperature of the meat will be displayed in your choice of °F or °C. The Maverick ET-808 will beep if the oven temperature exceeds your setting, when the meat has reached the desired temperature, or when the timer expires. The Maverick ET-808 is 2-3/4 inches tall by x 2-1/2 inches wide. The buttons are membrane type, for easy cleaning.
