La Crosse Technology WS-9023U-IT
Wireless In/Out Thermometer & Hygrometer

The La Crosse Technology WS-9023U-IT displays time, outdoor temperature, indoor temperature, and outdoor humidity data transmitted by the included remote sender, from up to 330 feet away. Up to two additional remote locations may be monitored by purchasing additional TX21U-IT remote senders (only one is included). The La Crosse Technology WS-9023U-IT is finished in black and gold, and stands about 4 1/2 inches tall. The unit can be free standing, with the flip out stand extended, or may be hung on the wall.

By pressing the min/max button the WS-9023U can display the minimum and maximum temperature and humidity readings reached since the last time the memory was manually reset. The La Crosse Technology WS-9023U-IT may be set to display temperatures in °F, in which case the clock will be displayed in 12 hour format, or °C, in which case the clock will be displayed in 24 hour format. Display digits are about 3/8" high.

The distance from the remote to the display can be up to 330 feet with no obstructions. Passing through an exterior wall will reduce range about 20 feet, each interior wall will reduce range about 10 feet. Results will vary depending on building construction and the possible presence of interference.

La Crosse TX21U-IT Wireless Remote Temperature & Humidity SensorThe La Crosse Technology TX21U-IT is a replacement wireless remote temperature and humidity sensor for the WS-8300U-IT and WS-9023U-IT weather stations. The many La Crosse Technology weather and temperature stations that display outdoor temperature or temperature and humidity require wireless remote sensors to sense the weather data and transmit it to the station. All stations include the necessary sensor. Several stations come with one sensor but can receive signals from up to three, or even five, in which case any additional sensors desired must be ordered separately.
